Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

TrialTracker is a free tool that helps you keep track of free trials and recurring subscriptions, and reminds you by email before they end or renew. By using TrialTracker, you agree to the following.

What TrialTracker is

TrialTracker is an organizational and reminder tool. It does not cancel, modify, or manage your trials or subscriptions with any third-party vendor, and it does not have access to your accounts with those vendors. You remain solely responsible for cancelling, downgrading, or managing any trial or subscription you track here.

Reminders are best-effort

Reminder emails are provided on a best-effort basis as a convenience. They are not a guarantee that you won't be charged, and delivery can be affected by factors outside our control (spam filtering, an incorrect date entered, an email provider outage, etc.). Do not rely on TrialTracker as your only safeguard against unwanted charges.

Your information

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including trial/subscription dates and costs, and for keeping your account password secure.

Acceptable use

Don't use TrialTracker to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to access another account's data, interfere with the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Availability

TrialTracker is provided free of charge, "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and features may change over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrialTracker and Redwine Innovations are not liable for any charges, losses, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including a missed or delayed reminder.

Account termination

You may stop using TrialTracker at any time and request deletion of your account via the Contact page. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as the service evolves.
